About the job: We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Interns to join our team. As an intern, you will support the core team in designing, planning, and executing luxury and destination weddings. You'll gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end wedding planning process from brainstorming themes to managing logistics and guest experiences. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in curating wedding themes, concepts, and moodboards 2. Support coordination with vendors (decor, entertainment, F&B, logistics) 3. Help manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists 4. Be present on-site during events to manage execution and troubleshooting 5. Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation 6. Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and vendor follow-ups 7. Background in Event Management, Hospitality, or Design (preferred but not mandatory) 2. Open to field work and travel for events and recce visits 3. Flexible with work hours, especially during the event period 4. Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus 5. Based in Jaipur or willing to travel/relocate for major events 6.
