Event Executive

As an Event Execution specialist, your role involves liaising and coordinating with selected vendors for equipment to ensure the smooth execution of events as per the schedule. You are responsible for providing a detailed plan to the client servicing team, reviewing the progress of event production, and offering solutions based on cost and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with selected vendors to ensure smooth execution of events - Providing detailed plans to the client servicing team and reviewing event production progress - Processing invoices, preparing total cost sheets, and obtaining post-event sanctions - Offering cost-effective solutions to clients for event production - Implementing cost-saving measures to maximize event profitability - Obtaining quotations from multiple vendors before finalizing on the best option - Preparing final cost sheets and obtaining approvals from the Events Head - Ensuring availability of expense bills for audit purposes - Managing vendor relationships by preparing a vendor database, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries - Implementing corporate systems and procedures, maintaining specified documents and reports, and submitting market reports to the Production Manager Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work independently with guidance from the Production Manager The company values your independence and encourages you to work closely with the Production Manager, internal stakeholders such as the Manager Finance and Client Servicing team, as well as external contacts including vendors and clients representatives.,
