Event Executive

Job Title: Event Executive – Kids Birthday & Return Gift Management Location: Goregaon west Work Timings: Flexible (including evenings; events may run till 11:00 PM) Working Days: 6 days a week (depending on event schedule) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Event Executive to manage our live return gift birthday parties for Kilkaari. This role involves working closely with parents to finalize prints, preparing event orders, setting up, and managing the event itself. Since this role directly engages with both moms and kids, excellent communication, patience, and a warm personality are a must. Key Responsibilities Customer Coordination Interact with parents to finalize print selections for kids’ clothing return gifts. Maintain clear and polite communication in English and Hindi. Ensure every child and parent feels well-attended during the event. Event Preparation & Packing Organize and pack clothes/return gifts as per the finalized list. Ensure correct sizing, labeling, and neat presentation. Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely delivery of event stock. On-Site Event Management Set up and manage the return gift counter at birthday events. Guide kids and parents in choosing their favorite prints. Maintain order, resolve small issues on the spot, and ensure a smooth flow. Represent Kilkaari’s brand values with professionalism and warmth. Skills & Qualifications RequiredExcellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to communicate gently with children and parents. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings.
