Job Description:As a part of the Operations and Event Execution team at Craftech 360, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through flawless execution and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure that every project is delivered successfully, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate logistics, including equipment rentals and vendor management. Understand hardware sensors and their applications. Manage transportation logistics effectively. Ensure safe handling of equipment by following checklists and taking full ownership. Production Management:Oversee all aspects of production, including site readiness, fabrication, and installation. Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to source necessary materials. Develop a thorough understanding of installation and technology before client site visits. Event Execution:Lead on-site setup and execution of events, ensuring all technical components function smoothly (e.g., power supply, fabrication, installation, and demos). Troubleshoot issues in real-time with support from the in-house team. Provide on-ground support to clients and stakeholders throughout the event. Conduct power analysis and apply debugging techniques as needed. Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure deliverables meet our high standards. Continuously seek improvements and innovations in our production processes. Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables. Foster a collaborative, positive work environment where creativity can thrive. Requirements: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed for events.
