• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
• Handling logistics and execution of the event

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Exceptional skills in client coordination, vendor negotiation, and logistics management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
