Job Title - Event Co-coordinator Reports to - President / Director Summary of position: The BNI coordinator is responsible for oversee processes and support business functions to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualification: Education Under Graduate/ Post Graduate in administration Experience 2-5 years of experience in a similar position Language - Level of Proficiency English Reading Writing Speaking Document Writing Technical Skills Microsoft Office Behavior and Skill Sets: Behavior/Attitude Skills Keenness to learn Interpersonal Skills Persuasive Communication Result Oriented Problem Solving Detail Consciousness Decision Making Skill Assertiveness Computer Skill Keenness to learn Data Analysis Skill Persuasive Interpersonal Skills Communication Duties and Responsibilities: · Depositing / Withdrawal / Credit card payment / Account Opening form Submission / Overall liaison with Bank · Stock maintenance in stationery · Procurement & Distribution of Stationery · Report in case of Stationery loss · Stationery cupboard maintenance · Placing orders & Receiving of supplies on or before time · Maintaining a database for temp staff · Interviewing the applicant · EOI App Chapter wise Update in Drive · Call status update in Drive · Daily Update EOI Received status · Daily Update BNI Connect Visitor Entry status · Category Clash Follow up · Chapter GARAM Dairy - CC App · Visitor EOI & Entry · Attendance report · LTR report · Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) · Meeting Arrangements & coordination · Co-ordinating with the business hotel staff regarding the venue and menu · Assist colleagues whenever necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
