Event Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Communication: Make outbound and handle inbound calls to pitch and sell event participation. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Email Management & Follow-ups: Draft professional emails, proposals, and confirmations. Conduct daily follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure client engagement. IT & Administrative Support: Basic working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms. Manage databases, client lists, and prepare regular reports for management. Multilingual Communication: Fluently communicate in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (written and spoken). Coordination and Backend Support: Assist the internal team in event-related coordination (stall bookings, client queries, operational tasks). Update client statuses and coordinate invoicing and registrations. Event Time Support: Help manage registration desks, handle inquiries, and support clients during live events (if needed). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred: Marketing, Business, or IT background). 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer handling, or event operations. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills. Basic IT knowledge (Excel, Gmail, CRM, WhatsApp Web, etc.). Polite, proactive, and professional attitude. Good to Have: Previous experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, or corporate events. Basic skills in WhatsApp Business, Mailchimp, Canva, or CRM systems. Willingness to travel for events (occasionally).
