Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with caterers and decorators to ensure that all commitments are met according to the clients" requirements. In addition, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with venue owners and other stakeholders, manage pre-event planning, and oversee event collateral, evaluation, and reporting. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve managing key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, as well as coordinating event communications including branding, online, and offline marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for implementing event plans and concepts, updating senior management on progress, managing branding and communication strategies, and developing event feedback and surveys. Furthermore, you will be tasked with handling post-event reports, executing event activities, and overseeing the management and supervision of both the Cultural Student Organizing Committee and Cultural Faculty Organizing Committee. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation degree in any stream, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Event Management or specialized degrees in Dance, Music, Theatre, Fine Arts, and Literary disciplines.
