About this opportunity:


There’s a new Ericsson Product hitting the market called EVCN. It brings 5G connectivity to Enterprise laptops for a work-from-anywhere experience. What you will do:

Service Assurance
Service Assurance activities, including Incident, Problem, Performance, and Change Management, along with other Service Operations functions. Provide solution support, including helpdesk and customer support request handling. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergencies. General Shift and Monthly 1 Week need to be available for 24/7 support. Manage Network Operations (Cloud-based “as-a-Service” solution) Prepare, verify, and execute software upgrades and updates. Ensure that delivered solutions are properly implemented and operate according to requirements. Perform proactive maintenance activities. Deploy, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot new cloud nodes (Azure). Handle faults and implement corrective actions at the node, service, and infrastructure levels. Generate and deliver reports across multiple platforms, correlating data from diverse sources. Drive Continuous Improvement Enhance operational practices, including the adoption of AI-based tools for support.

You will bring

Support: Experience in customer support — taking ownership of issues, driving troubleshooting, and communicating clearly throughout to ensure SLAs are met. You are comfortable being on-call, handling critical incidents, and maintaining service continuity under pressure. You have worked with AI-driven support tools and techniques.

Operations: Experience with operations in cloud-based, microservices platforms. You know how to set up, manage, and use system monitoring and alerting tools. You are familiar with proactive maintenance, component upgrades, and working within continuous delivery environments. You understand ITIL or similar frameworks and have applied AI-based tools to improve operations.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
5+ years of experience in Network/IT Operations


Competencies Required

Technical skills
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines. DEVOPS & Cloud (Azure) Design and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure). Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor. – Set up of Monitoring of System Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, and PowerShell. Solid knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC, VPN, and load balancing. Practical experience with AI-driven tools for support and operations. Familiar with identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions (e.g., Key cloak, Azure AD). Understanding of telecommunications environments, including e-SIM provisioning flows.

Non-technical skills
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service quality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experienced in ITIL practices and frameworks. Proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions.
