EUC Ops Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the operations of end-user computing environments, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and support to end-users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and maintain optimal performance of hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EUC strategies, policies, and procedures Monitor and optimize EUC infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for end-user devices Develop and maintain documentation for EUC configurations, processes, and procedures Conduct regular assessments and audits of EUC environments to identify and address potential issues Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring a positive user experience Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in end-user computing support or a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Citrix Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
