Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend.
Build and optimize data integration solutions for reporting, analytics, and data warehousing.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
Ensure development of secure, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL workflows.
Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration processes.
Work closely with data architects and analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud editions).
Proven expertise in ETL development and data integration solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
