Job Description

DataStage Expert

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using
IBM DataStage
Perform performance tuning and debugging of DataStage jobs
Lead and support
data integration and migration
efforts across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across pipelines
Document processes and provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements

Proven expertise in
IBM DataStage
(development, tuning, debugging)
Strong experience in
ETL pipelines
,
data integration
, and
large-scale data migration
Ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Valid passport (mandatory for potential international travel)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
Prior experience in consulting or contract-based roles
