As an Ethics Executive at Titan, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing ethical policies, conducting audits to identify potential issues, investigating reported violations, and providing guidance and training to employees. Collaborating with various departments, monitoring ethical performance, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders will also be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. Strong knowledge of business ethics and compliance regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Your track record in implementing ethical policies, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software will be valuable assets. Additional parameters include experience in risk management and internal auditing, knowledge of local and international ethics-related laws, and a professional certification in ethics or compliance, if available. A willingness to travel when necessary is also appreciated.
