Estimation/Tender Engineer - MEP and Fire Fighting

Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for MEP and Fire Fighting projects - Analyse tender documents, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies - Making of Query sheet as per technical specification before submission of quotation - Condition technical clarification meeting with client to understand the project requirement - Develop and maintain databases of costs, prices, and market trends - Analyse the tender drawings and preparation of quotation accordingly - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and sales teams - Provide support during the bidding process and negotiate contracts Key Point To look at Experience in Purchase of items for Fire Fighting , HVAC, Electrical Estimation MEPF engineers Costing Engineer Mechanical Piping , Electrical HT & LT , Fire Fighting Purchase Engineer for Mechanical Piping , Electrical HT & LT , Fire Fighting Requirements - 3-4 years of experience in estimation or tendering for MEP and Fire Fighting projects - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering - Strong understanding of MEP and Fire Fighting systems, including design and installation - Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, etc.) - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Show more Show less
