Job Description

Core responsibilities

Cost estimation: Providing accurate cost projections for materials, labor, and equipment.
Budget and contract management: Preparing and negotiating tender documents and contracts to ensure the project stays within budget.
Cost control: Monitoring all project expenditures, managing variations and change orders, and preparing regular cost reports.
Project site duties: Visiting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure the work aligns with the schedule and budget.
Valuation and payments: Assessing completed work, certifying payments to contractors, and managing final accounts.
Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential cost-related risks.
Dispute resolution: Assisting in resolving financial or contractual disputes between parties.
Documentation: Developing and maintaining financial and contract documents.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
