Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to understand requirements. 2. Estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs for electrical panel projects. 3. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tenders for clients. 4. Coordinate with sales team for site visits to understand project requirements in detailed and assess potential risks like competitions , makes models, value adding stakeholders 5. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure estimates meet project requirements. 6. Maintain accurate records of estimates, costs, and project outcomes. 7. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2. Experience in electrical panel manufacturing or estimation. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD). 6.
