Estimation Engineer

As an Estimation Engineer, your role will involve overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - **PMC Coordination:** - Ensuring that PMC performance aligns with project requirements and quality benchmarks. - Monitoring PMC activities and addressing any gaps or delays proactively. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Maintaining effective communication with clients to address their needs and expectations. - Providing regular updates on project progress to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - **Timeline Adherence:** - Developing and implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines. - Identifying and resolving potential delays, mitigating risks to project schedules. - **Internal Stakeholder Coordination:** - Collaborating with internal teams, including design, PMC, and execution, to ensure alignment with project goals. - Facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders to keep tasks on track. - **Project Documentation & Reporting:** - Updating and maintaining accurate project information in the company's internal CRM system. - Ensuring transparency and availability of project data for reporting and analysis. - **Site Inspections & PMC Audit:** - Conducting regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and verify compliance with project specifications. - Auditing PMC work to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and proper execution of tasks. - Reporting findings and coordinating corrective actions as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, especially in civil engineering or construction projects. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. - Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems. - Willingness to travel extensively across NCR.
