Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:

Unique Properties is seeking a highly motivated and an experienced Junior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic real estate company township project QUE 914 location at Keshav Nagar. As an Estimation Engineer, you will in the pre-construction phase by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for our projects. You will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure that our projects are economically feasible and align with our organization's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Takeoffs / Measurements from Drawings / at actual
• Conduct comprehensive rate analysis to determine and evaluate the unit costs of materials, labor, and overhead for construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
• Research and analyze market trends to ensure cost estimates are in line with industry standards.
• Review and assess project plans and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and improvement of estimation processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate construction industry.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications, Auto Cad, (MSP will be an added advantage)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cost calculations.
