Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Estimation Engineer based on-site in Mumbai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for performing project estimations, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting research, and engaging in negotiations. The engineer will work collaboratively with the design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project estimates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
• Background knowledge in Civil Engineering
• Strong Research skills
• Effective Negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytic abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in facade systems and construction projects is a plus
