Role Description This is a full-time role for an Estimation Engineer based on-site in Mumbai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for performing project estimations, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting research, and engaging in negotiations. The engineer will work collaboratively with the design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project estimates. Qualifications Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation Background knowledge in Civil Engineering Strong Research skills Effective Negotiation skills Attention to detail and strong analytic abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on-site Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in facade systems and construction projects is a plus

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. The role also includes establishing and maintaining business partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Other responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and creating sales plans.
