🔧 Job Description:

The role involves reviewing the scope of work and tender documents, preparing tender review sheets, analysing basic design elements, and developing estimation BOQs aligned with client requirements.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Review proposals, specifications, and customer drawings

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages

• Attend pre-bid and client meetings to assess project scope

• Prepare and validate comprehensive estimate packages

• Lead bid strategy and pricing presentations

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors during bidding

• Estimate costs for changes, extras, and overruns

• Maintain organized project documentation

• Uphold and promote company vision, values, and goals

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 6 years of experience in estimation for steel structure fabrication & erection

• Skilled in extracting BOMs from drawings, specs, or BOQs

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
