Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Gurgaon. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. Tasks include analyzing project specifications and drawings, conducting material and labor cost research, collaborating with project managers and architects, and preparing bid proposals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of construction industry trends and advancements.

Experience in Planswift/Bluebeam is a must.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs
• Experience with construction estimation software and tools
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with project stakeholders
• Relevant degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
