Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Estimation Engineer. The role involves preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project cost estimation, coordinating with project stakeholders, and analyzing technical documentation. The Estimation Engineer will also be responsible for carrying out research, cost analyses, and negotiations to achieve optimal project outcomes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimation processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ and conducting detailed project estimations
• A strong background in Civil Engineering and technical understanding of construction processes
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to assess project requirements and resources
• Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimation purposes
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication skills
• Previous experience in project estimation or construction-related roles is advantageous
