Estimation Engineer Construction

We seek a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage all project costs from initial estimate through final accounting. Key Responsibilities: Review drawings and prepare quantity and cost estimates. Negotiate contracts and procurement terms. Monitor budgets and manage financial forecasting. Prepare interim and final valuations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams. Review progress reports and resolve cost discrepancies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Relevant industry certifications preferred. Hands-on experience managing construction costs and contracts.
