Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both administrative tasks and basic accounting duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies and inventory Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general inquiries Maintain employee records and assist in HR tasks Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars Assist in organizing company events and meetings Accounting Duties: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers Prepare invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations Assist with payroll processing Handle petty cash and expense reports Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants Generate financial reports and summaries as needed Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication skills Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of local tax regulations Experience in a similar dual-role position
