Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of properties, managing facilities, and ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards. The role involves budgeting, financial planning, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus

Experience: 3 to 7 years of Experience in Real estate/Construction industry.
