ESG Reporting and Controllers - Associate

Role Overview: You will be an Associate in the ESG Reporting and Controller Team at JPMorgan, responsible for supporting the preparation, review, and assurance of voluntary and regulatory ESG disclosures. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams across finance, risk, legal, and human resources to ensure accurate reporting and disclosures. As part of the firm-wide ESG Reporting & Controller Team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end controls and consistency in reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform press-ready audit, independent review, and tie-out of key metrics in JPMorgan's Sustainability Report - Support the preparation and review of external ESG reporting globally, ensuring consistency across jurisdictions - Collaborate with stakeholders to produce ESG-related metrics accurately and timely - Assist in the implementation of required ESG disclosures, including SEC and Regulatory Reporting - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting processes, documentation, and control standards - Utilize advanced excel skills for data analysis and reporting - Work with technology partners to develop strategic infrastructure supporting reporting needs - Contribute to ESG-related departmental initiatives and broader sustainability projects as necessary Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in a finance organization with exposure to audit, legal, product control, legal entity control, or regulatory reporting - Strong organizational skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and written/oral communication skills - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment and collaborate across diverse functions, locations, and businesses - Self-starter with a passion for ESG, sustainability, or development finance - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification Additional Company Details (if any): The firm has established the ESG Reporting & Controller Team to ensure controls, consistency, and accountability for reporting processes, reflecting the increasing importance of ESG for internal and external stakeholders.,
