We are currently looking for an ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing Oracle Database, MS-SQL, Postgres, Custom/Open source Databases. Some key responsibilities for this role include: - Creating comprehensive plans outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Handling complex projects effectively. - Leading teams in project delivery for Oracle Cloud - IaaS PaaS Architecture Administration. - Managing resources, establishing timelines and milestones, monitoring progress, and risk management. - Acting as a single point of contact for Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2, Open source Databases, and Windows administration. - Designing and architecting Azure cloud infrastructure. - Managing Cloud VM, Network, and Security hands-on. - Lifecycle management of business critical applications, including installing patches, upgrades, managing releases, and administration tasks. - Supporting development and production environments of critical applications, ensuring availability, responding to emergencies, and supporting deployments. - Hands-on experience with Oracle 12C, 19C upgrade and Database upgrade to the latest version. - Experience with SQL Server monitoring, T-SQL, and managing Windows-based systems and servers. - Managing Windows Security, Firewalls, and User accesses. - In-depth knowledge of databases, patch management, LAN, WAN, network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup. - Oracle and MS-SQL Database migration expertise on Cross-platform or Public Cloud like OCI and Azure. - Setting up DR systems like DG-ADG and High Availability (HA) environment. - Experience with OEM 12C or 13C monitoring, backup/recovery for On-Prem and Cloud environments. - Proficiency in Project Management Lifecycle methodology, SLAs, KPIs, stakeholder management, continuous improvements, and automations. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
