Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Sales professional located in Hyderabad. The ERP Sales person will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, maintaining accounts, and overseeing sales management. The daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting ERP solutions, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality account management. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly sales calendars with input from RSM and Senior Sales Engineer.
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
  • ERP sales, Software sales, Saas.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up and drive opportunities toward closure through consistent engagement.
  • Handle negotiations, address objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and submit proposals/quotations.
  • Log all lead and deal status in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and support alignment.
  • Track personal KPIs and sales targets weekly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
  • 2–4 years of B2B solution selling experience (preferably SaaS/ERP).
  • Strong in client presentations, demos, and CRM usage.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language.
Goal-driven, persistent, and team-oriented.
