Job Description

The ERP Project Analyst is responsible for coordinating team and stakeholder initiatives to support all ERP applications at Solventum. This position works closely with ERP Release Management to establish technical standards, maintain compliance during deployments, and ensure all releases satisfy defined requirements. Additionally, the analyst delivers training and provides ongoing support to team members to uphold these standards. The role encompasses strategic planning, execution, and delivery of changes across all IT Product Portfolios and the Infrastructure organization.
  • Ensure build components are ready for release milestones
  • Partner with PMO and communicate project related tasks such as plans, timelines, and requirements between different teams
  • Track the progress of the release/deployment, find and address discrepancies, and improve the process of the release

  • Assisting with the development and modification of the global ERP Release Management process, including current procedures and potential future updates.
  • Collaborating with development, quality assurance, operations, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless release processes.
  • Continuous improvement assessing and enhancing release processes for greater efficiency and quality.
  • Guiding and supporting the team to promote effective release practices.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
OR
Minimum of 3 years IT project delivery experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to own backlog of work and project deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Proven history fostering collaborative cross functional relationships and organizing work that spans multiple teams and geographies
  • Ability to frame messages and communicate to business, technical, and executive audiences
  • Individuals must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities
