Role:

ERP Operations Reporting Lead

Location:

Hyderabad

Experience:

15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the ERP Lead for
EU Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Reporting systems
, ensuring operational stability and adherence to SLAs.
Provide
Level 2 technical and functional support
for ERP and integrated applications including
Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision), .NET, JAVA, FuturMaster, and Reflex Logistics WMS
.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement in ERP operations.
Manage
vendor relationships
effectively to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and service quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Operations) to enhance reporting accuracy and process automation.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, data governance, and audit standards.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, system upgrades, and performance enhancements.

Required Technical Skills:

ERP Systems:
Microsoft Dynamics (One Navision) strong knowledge of AP module and reporting functionalities.
Programming/Integration:
.NET, JAVA for customizations and troubleshooting integration issues.
Supply Chain WMS:
Experience with FuturMaster and Reflex Logistics WMS preferred.
Reporting Analysis:
Ability to manage data extraction, transformation, and presentation for business decision support.
