Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Manager located in Rajkot. The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, improving business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across various departments. The ERP Manager will also handle project management tasks, including planning and executing ERP-related projects, and analyzing system performance to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proven ability in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and system performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
