Job Description

This role focuses on coordinating and supporting corporate customers in integrating their ERP/treasury systems with the Bank’s Open API and Host-to-Host (H2H) channels. The incumbent will act as the liaison between customers, the Bank’s product teams (Branch/TBG-CMS /CBD-L), and the API development team, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during ERP integration with API and H2H channels.

Coordinate between customer IT teams, internal business teams, and the Bank’s API development team.

Ensure project milestones (sandbox access, UAT, Go-Live) are achieved within agreed timelines.

Technical & Functional Support

Explain API/H2H specifications, authentication methods, file formats, and security protocols to customer teams.

Support clients in setting up connectivity (SFTP, VPN, certificates, encryption keys).

Escalate technical issues to the development team and follow through until resolution.

Documentation & Process Control

Prepare integration checklists, process documents, and FAQs for customers.

Maintain MIS on customer integration status, issue logs, and resolution turnaround times.

Ensure compliance with the Bank’s IT security and regulatory guidelines.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with marketing Relationship Managers to align integration progress with customer requirements.

Conduct knowledge sessions for customers on API/H2H capabilities.

Provide regular project updates to senior management and vertical heads.
