As a Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) Implementation Lead for machine manufacturing operations, your role involves configuring and customizing ERP modules for procurement, inventory, production planning, quality control, and finance. You will ensure seamless integration with fabrication, machine shop, and assembly processes and develop user-friendly dashboards, reports, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERP-driven automation solutions - Integrate MRP, BOM, production scheduling, and supply chain management within the ERP system - Collaborate with IT, production, finance, and procurement teams to optimize system functionality - Conduct training sessions for employees to facilitate effective ERP usage - Develop user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for system operations - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Configure ERP for accurate data capture and reporting - Generate reports for inventory control, production efficiency, purchase tracking, and financial analysis - Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements - Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, audit requirements, and company policies - Work with external vendors or consultants for system upgrades and troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Skills in user training, manufacturing processes, procurement, data synchronization, and business process analysis - Experience in quality control, report generation, troubleshooting, and dashboard development - Knowledge of automation, production planning, MRP, data integrity, ERP configuration, finance, and inventory management - Familiarity with dashboards, BOM, supply chain management, and ensuring data accuracy and security within the ERP system If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.
