Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation Microsoft Dynamics
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
Engage with departments (Production, SCM, Finance, Sales, R&D, Maintenance, Projects) to understand current processes.
Align ERP functionalities with business requirements through gap analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using ERP tools.
Collaborate with functional heads to drive user adoption and manage expectations.
Lead training and onboarding sessions for end-users and super users.
Liaise with ERP vendors, consultants, and system integrators for timely support and Support & Continuous Improvement : :
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT; MBA or certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, preferably in a manufacturing

setup.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, costing, and finance

modules.

Experience with ERP systems relevant to manufacturing
