Job Location: Bhutani Techno Park, Sec - 127 Noida

Job Purpose : ERP Support: NOT an IT, networking, or systems admin role, but rather a customer/client software support role. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support for other 3rd party products (SAAS) used by IT Team

Job Description :- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication & timely follow-up.
- Monitor and respond to phone and emails, or chat.- Manage escalated support activities from initial report and documentation through resolution.- Identify, recreate, research, prioritise and resolve product issues; document knowledge gained.- Test the latest features and report any issues to Product Management- Provide content for our internal Knowledge Base and customers.- Provide input to Product Management regarding product enhancements.- Demonstrate product functions and features to users either in person or remotely.

Skills :- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role supporting web-based applications via telephone, email, and chat
- At least one year of experience implementing and supporting any ERP product.- Ability to configure production environment and update sensitive data.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to prioritise and multitask under time constraints.- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a quick, calm, analytical and methodical manner.- Technical Documentation
