ERP Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in Zoho ERP. Your role also includes supporting daily ERP operations, creating reports and dashboards for management, and ensuring data consistency. Collaborating with the Manager/Zoho support for workflow updates and timely completion of ERP tasks will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Zoho ERP, including implementation of Zoho Inventory and related tasks. - Support daily ERP operations for different departments. - Assist in creating reports and dashboards for management, monitor data inconsistencies, and provide first-level user support. - Coordinate with the Manager/Zoho support for workflow updates and ensure timely completion of assigned ERP-related tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology (preferred). - Certification or training in ERP/Zoho applications will be an added advantage. - Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting. - 13 years of experience in data entry, ERP/CRM usage, or office administration. - Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP, Zoho One, or Zoho Creator is desirable (freshers with strong aptitude may also be considered). - Exposure to ERP systems, database management, or business workflows will be beneficial.
