JOB TITLE: IT & ERP Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing user support for hardware, software, and networking issues, and assisting in ERP data management and troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide technical support to users for system, network, and ERP-related issues.

· Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, scanners, and network equipment.

· Coordinate with ERP vendor or internal team for issue resolution.

· Manage ERP user creation, access rights, and basic configuration.

· Assist departments in data upload, report extraction, and master data updates.

· Handle email configuration and backup management

· Support software installation

· Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.

· Provide basic training and guidance to employees on ERP usage.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP operations.

· Basic knowledge of ERP systems.

· Familiarity with Windows OS, networking, and basic SQL.

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

· Communication and documentation skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS (ADDED ADVANTAGE):

· Experience with ERP implementation or support and MS SQL Query.
