Job Description

Mandate Experience 3-4 years in ERM Enterprise Risk Management.
Please ensure that the shortlisted candidates are not from the following domains:a) KYC/AMLb) Internal Auditc) Information Security/Cybersecurity (e.g., ISO 27001)The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:a) Enterprise Risk Management Expertise & Stability:Experience in overseeing first-line defense functions, Information Security, Data Privacy, etc.But most importantly should give some confidence in stability, e.g. if the turnover is 1-2 years in every organization the candidate has worked, would question the steadiness/consistencyb) Operational Risk Knowledge:Familiarity with risk highlights discussed in various operational steering committee calls.c) Communication Skills:Strong communication abilities to articulate ideas effectively.d) Analytical Acumen:Capability to counter or provide logical responses, approve controls, and address gaps.e) Certifications:ISO 31000 certification, which focuses on operational risk.f) Risk Management Knowledge:Understanding of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Control Self-Assessment (CSA).g) Educational Background:Preferably from a Commerce or MBA finance background to ensure familiarity with finance and insurance concepts.
