Equity Trader

Job Title:

NB: The role demands two skills-Terminal operation and selling of TPP, Only local candidates from Mumbai & Navi Mumbai with local market experience. No relocation is possible.

CTC: Up to 22 LPA

Role Objective:

Manage and grow HNI/UHNI client relationships by advising on equities, derivatives & other financial products, driving revenue through trading/advisory and cross‐selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire & manage HNI/UHNI clients, deepen relationships.
• Provide equity/derivative investment & trading advice.
• Generate brokerage & revenue; cross‐sell MF, PMS, insurance etc.
• Monitor portfolios, review performance & risk.
• Stay updated on market trends & research.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/regulatory norms.
• Maintain MIS/reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce.
• 3–10+ yrs experience in broking/trading & HNI client handling.
• Strong market knowledge & order execution skills.
• Excellent communication & relationship management.

• Client acquisition & activation.
• AUM & revenue growth.
• Cross‐sell targets.
• Client satisfaction & compliance adherence.
