Equity Trader

As a member of Steptrade Broking, you will play a crucial role in executing trades in equity based on management's instructions and monitoring market trends to provide real-time insights. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with brokers, ensuring exceptional service, and compliance with all trading regulations and internal policies. You will collaborate with research and advisory teams to support management strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Execute trades in equity as per management's instructions. - Monitor market trends and provide real-time insights. - Maintain relationships with brokers and provide exceptional service. - Ensure compliance with all trading regulations and internal policies. - Work with the research and advisory teams to support management strategies. Key Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of trading experience in a broking firm. - Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and regulations. - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - NISM certifications (if required by role) are a plus.
