About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth bottom-up research across midcap and smallcap sectors

• Build, update, and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks

• Track earnings, management commentary, and sector/industry developments

• Generate actionable investment ideas aligned with PMS strategy

• Prepare internal research reports, notes, and investment memos

• Participate in management meets, calls, and investor interactions

• Collaborate with portfolio managers on stock selection and portfolio construction

• Continuously monitor portfolio companies and update internal views

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of equity research experience (buy-side preferred)

• Strong command over financial statements, valuation tools, and forecasting

• Ability to identify scalable opportunities, especially in under-researched segments

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Highly self-driven with a long-term, research-oriented investment mindset
