Equity Research Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the financial markets and enjoys converting data into actionable investment insights.

• Conduct in-depth company, sector, and industry analysis with a focus on the Indian equity markets.
• Perform valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (Like relative valuation).
• Monitor company news, quarterly results, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities or risks.
• Prepare high-quality, insightful research reports and investment notes for portfolio decision-making.
• Work closely with the investment team to support portfolio and strategy discussions.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related fields is a must (Postgraduate/MBA in Finance is desirable).
• 2-5 Years of experience in Equity research and broking industry towards research domain in PMS
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—ability to express complex ideas clearly.
• Prior experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis will be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the Indian equity markets and passion for stock market research is essential.
• CFA or other professional certifications are a plus but not compulsory.
