Job Title: Equity Dealer Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent About the Company Zanskar Securities is a SEBI-registered brokerage firm based in GIFT City /Bengaluru. We specialize in delivering reliable, compliant, and high-touch execution services across equity and derivatives markets for clients including HNIs, NRIs, and institutions. Role Summary We are hiring an experienced Equity Dealer to manage trade execution for clients The role requires real-time order execution, regulatory discipline, and clear client communicationparticularly with HNI, NRI, and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Execute equity and derivatives trades on NSE/BSE using terminals like ODIN, NOW, or NEAT with high accuracy. Receive trade instructions from clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email and execute accordingly. Provide real-time order confirmations and updates on market movements. Maintain SEBI-compliant audit trails, trade logs, and execution records. Coordinate with internal departments (risk, compliance, operations) for settlements and reporting. Ensure smooth execution of large-volume or bulk orders while maintaining discretion and control. Deliver responsive, high-touch service to assigned clients during live market hours. Required Qualifications & Skills 410 years of experience as an Equity Dealer at a main broker Valid NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives certification (preferred). Experience handling manual trade execution for HNI, NRI, or institutional clients. Proficiency with trading terminals (ODIN, NOW, NEAT). Excellent communication, client servicing, and multitasking skills. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory norms in equity and derivatives markets.
