Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a candidate who can handle the end-to-end onboarding of Individual + Non-Individual clients (like Corporates, LLPs, Partnerships, Trusts, HUFs, etc.) for Demat and Trading account opening. The role involves document checking, compliance verification, coordination with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth activation of accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Verification of Individual clients eKYC - Verify all required documents as per SEBI and Exchange norms - Communicate with clients/relationship managers for pending documents or clarifications. - Enter client details accurately into the KRA, CKYC, and internal back-office systems. - Provide updates on account opening status and expected TATs. - Track and maintain records of Non-Individual onboarding cases. - Share daily/weekly MIS reports with the Reporting Manager. Key Skills: - Knowledge of eKYC Individuals + Non-Individual KYC requirements. - Familiar with SEBI, Exchanges (NSE/BSE), CDSL guidelines. - Good understanding of legal entity documents - Attention to detail and excellent document handling. - Working knowledge of MS Excel, KRA/CKYC portals, and Back-Office systems.
