Roles and Responsibilities

● Acquire new clients for Trading and Demat accounts.

● Generate revenue through brokerage and achieve assigned business targets.

● Execute buy/sell orders for clients in equity and derivatives segments.

● Cross-sell investment products such as:

○ Mutual Funds & SIPs

○ PMS

○ Advance Brokerage Products

○ Loans, Life Insurance & Health Insurance (as per client requirements)

● Guide clients in choosing suitable trading/investment products based on their risk appetite.

● Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

● Stay updated on market trends, new financial products, and regulatory developments.

● Achieve acquisition targets for both Retail and HNI clients.

● Monitor, guide, and support team members in meeting their business targets.

● Mandatory Certification:

● Strong understanding of stock markets and financial products.

● Target-driven with excellent sales and customer service orientation.

● Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong telecalling and client engagement capabilities.
