Job Description

Equity Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on equity portfolios and market opportunities.
Conduct client profiling to understand financial goals and risk appetite.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.
Stay updated on market trends and share timely investment insights.
Cross-sell financial products like Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, and Derivatives.
Execute client trades accurately and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Use Motilal Oswals research reports to make informed recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

NISM Series VIII certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of stock markets, equity trading, and analysis.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus.
Experience in handling HNI clients is preferred.
