1. Responsible for the project management of the whole development process from proofing stage to mass production 2. Organize PDT members to hold regular project meetings, Review the project progress, hold summary meetings after the completion of Build, and track improvement measures 3. As a window for technical communication with customers, connect with customers PD, SBE, SQE, EPM, OPM to discuss technical issues with customers, including DFM, product structure, material selection, automation, inspection, etc 4. Customers visit or participate in conference calls to visit customers and discuss product design, application and process improvement
5. Should have experience in ALPHA Customers
1. Education: full-time college degree or above
2. Major: Materials, machinery, electronics majors preferred 3. Work experience/skills: more than 2 years of manufacturing project management experience 4. Language: Proficient in English, can be used as a working language 5. Personal skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and data analysis skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
