Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives using structured methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and 7-Step Problem Solving. Experience with QMS documentation and standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949). Hands-on experience in interpreting engineering drawings , GD&T , and product standards. Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 7-Step, 5-Why, Fishbone). Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent tools for data reporting and visualization. Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
