Key Responsibilities

Business Rules & Data Integration:
- Apply strong knowledge of business rules and data integration processes within EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
- Utilize out-of-the-box functionalities within Financials and Workforce modules for optimal solution delivery.
Smartview and Data Handling:
- Operate SmartView for ad hoc reporting and data retrieval.
- Perform data load and validation tasks to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.
Incident Management & Stakeholder Communication:
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
Team Leadership & Prioritization:
- Lead and mentor team members, managing incidents and coordinating the prioritization of enhancements, incident resolutions, and defect fixes.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with EPBCS Financials and Workforce modules.
Proficiency in SmartView, including data load, data validation, and reporting capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents, enhancements, and defects within agreed timelines.
Effective team leadership and communication skills.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

Basic knowledge of PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) and Narrative Reporting.
Willingness to learn and support enhancements in PCMCS and Narrative Reporting modules if not already experienced.
